The campus is great. If you take the proper classes you get to meet many interesting professors. Tons of interesting people as well.

I enjoy the classes and professors but the experience at the school is very uncommon for a college. There is no housing in San Francisco, there is no meal plan, it is not a practical college experience. It’s a great and prestigious school, but for the amount the students pay for tuition, we should have more benefits and facilities.

If I had the chance to pick again which college I would attend, I would definitely stay with Brooks Institute. This college is small compared to the rest which is nice, because that allows you to get more help from the teachers. Also, all the teachers are working photographers which is better than being taught by retired photographers. Its located in Santa Barbara, CA which is a great location that offers many photographic opportunities. The classes are broken up into two month sessions so its easier to manage one class for two months than three or four for a whole semester. I love Brooks Institute and Im very pleased with my decision about attending this school.

Reach Within Yourself Before Attending a University in California

You may experience your ‘firsts’ in everything in high school, like first kiss, first relationship, first fight, first dance and so on. But hold on to your seats, college is another chapter in your life that will rock your world.

If you are eyeing for the universities in California then you have a good taste. There are many good universities in California that would suffice your need for knowledge such as California College of Art, Stanford University, University of California Berkeley, and much more. These sources of information will readily give you with the tools you need to get your dream job. Dreams could become a reality with the help of these institutions to back you up. Nevertheless, sometimes it’s not about the school but it all goes down into the person itself.

Universities are built to teach you of all the information that you need but there are times that no matter how prestigious your school is. if you do not have the goods to survive and finish your study, then your efforts and money will all go down the drain.

What do you need to do before picking the school that you want?

First, know what you want to become in life. Some people go to universities after high school because they are told to do so. Their life is all well-planned by their parents that they did not have the chance to even ask themselves if that is what they really want to become in the future. If you are someone who already have a goal on what road to take after high school then that’s good but if you have doubts on your future, you need to seriously consult yourself first. To choose the course that you want to take in college you need to have an outline of your strengths, the things that you like to do, and your interests. With this outline, you can have a general idea on what profession you are destined for. Moreover, career test in high school that is usually given before graduation is a big help in discovering your inner desires.

Another, passing college is not as easy as you thought it might be. Others think that being in college means freedom, e.g. all-night parties, co-ed dormitories, and so on. But reality is, if you pass high school easily then you need to work extra hard in college. You are playing with the big dogs in universities and they would not be easily persuaded by your cheery attitude. You need to study meticulously, pass projects before deadline and be active in school activities. Yes it may sound hard but this is for your own good. I am not discouraging you from attending universities. I am just telling you the truth.

Finally, you need to do some research on the school that will help you with your dream. There are universities that specialized in certain fields of study that will give you an edge after graduation. You could check the universities online, ask your guidance counselor, or interview acquaintances that already attended the school that you want.

In the end, the key to success will always depend on you. The will to reach your dream is within yourself. Work, compete and nurture the ‘me’ inside of you.

While my English has always been truly impeccable, I found myself in need of updating my literary skillset for the modern computer age. Books, while lovely, are truly a dying breed, losing ground in favor of Kindles and eBooks and what-have-you. I do love to read, and by extension I love to write, to bend words and thoughts into a coherent stream. It is my passion and always has been, and this blog has given me a chance to do something practical with that passion.

Fully Researched was only one of the online writing curricula I investigated, but their combination of friendly helpfulness and directly targeted practical blogging tips seemed like the best match for my requirements – and, perhaps unsurprisingly, I was correct. Not to sound overly pompous, but my intellect combined with their expert teaching allowed me to rapidly set up this beautiful blog, and start producing viable content for the discerning reader or researcher looking for crucial information.
